My home is in danger of being foreclosed. It was a HUD house, HUD bought the house for one dollar and sold it to me for 56,000, I put 10,ooo down, plus closing costs and yet my balance at the moment after 5 years of paying 550 to 630, with interest rates as high as 10+% even when I was not late is 47,000. which makes no sense to me. in the first place HUD is profiteering.... secondly, the 10th I put down was not applied and the loan I was rushed into should have been for 46,000. my balance should be much lower.
